At First Aid Hampshire, we are a family-run business that believes First Aid is as much a social skill as it is a legal requirement in the workplace.
We offer a full range of certified courses to satisfy your Health and Safety at Work requirements but also provide awareness courses aimed at parents, School groups, youth groups, Scouts and Guides etc to give you the skills to deal with First Aid situations.
In respect of our training and assessment qualification, we meet the requirements of the Sector Skills Council for Health criteria 'Assessment Principles for First Aid Trainers/Assessors'.
This is also accepted by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) as being the standard for delivering First Aid qualifications.
We are a NUCO Training accredited training provider. The training syllabus we provide is approved by First Aid Awards Ltd, an awarding body regulated by Ofqual in England, Wales and Northern Ireland and by SQA Accreditation in Scotland. This enables us to offer you a range of regulated First Aid qualifications in First Aid and Defibrillation.
Our instructors have a background in emergency services and NHS Urgent care fields. We recognise the importance of immediate First Aid and how this can promote the best recovery of casualties.
We believe everyone should have some form of First Aid training and endeavour to provide a course to suit your needs and budget.

I have been employed as a firefighter for 23 years and have dedicated the past 18 years to serving as a casualty care and trauma care instructor within this capacity. I find great fulfillment in the teaching aspect of my role and take pleasure in imparting life-saving skills through our First Aid Hampshire courses. My educational background includes a degree in Sports Studies from the University of Southampton, complemented by a strong foundation in sports and leisure. I look forward to the opportunity to meet you at one of our upcoming courses.

I have accumulated 16 years of nursing experience, having obtained my nursing degree from the University of Hertfordshire and my Master’s degree from King’s College London. Since my qualification, I have primarily focused on emergency care within the National Health Service (NHS). This experience has allowed me to observe firsthand the considerable advantages that various levels of first aid training can provide.
I find it immensely fulfilling to impart these vital skills and take great pleasure in tailoring our courses to address the specific needs of our clients.
